Product Design
Wantong owns 5 professional hydraulic cylinder design engineers who have long been engaged in designing hydraulic cylinders, capable of providing make to order service based on customer requirements. Each one of them has over 10 years working experience, familiar with all types of hydraulic cylinder design, manufacturing and usage. Wantong also provides training with the latest information on hydraulic cylinder every year.
Manufacturing
All metal components are Wantong self-fabricated during the manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders. Each cylinder cap and piston is hydrocarbon cleaned after production to prevent from impurity and rotten. All parts are then sent back to assembling workshop, and run through second cleanser after assembling.
We use carbon dioxide shield welding method to make sure the products are well welded, and polish to ensure beauty. After welding, we would check the welding size and quality, appearance, existing of air vents dirt or other problems and final clean and polish.
We use electrostatic powder spraying to make sure the paint on product surface is strong and adhesive. This not only shortens the time of spraying but also improves production efficiency.

Hydraulic Cylinder Examination
Each product would run through a 5+ mins operation examination, and also check if any fluid leaking exists. The cylinders passed would be checked again by our quality assurance agent and packed to be delivered worldwide.

Partner Clients
German client came to Wantong in 2015 for commercial visit, they were having trouble because their supplier could not support high quality hydraulic cylinder.
We guided the clients through our factory plants, from material examination, refinery processing, dust-free assembling, hydrocarbon cleaning, to 100% pressure test and final product spraying. We had showed our clients our ability and quality assurance process.
Clients were satisfied with the visit and tested the sample once they went back, they gave us a perfect feedback within 2 month, and we have built a stable partnership after that.
In the year of 2016, an Italian company got to know us from a workshop and came to visit our company. They were thinking about having a new supplier because their hydraulic cylinders were having problem about fluid leaking.
Our technician explained the reason why they were having problems on fluid leaking, and our engineer found out the key point was the sealing methods, the only way was to change the construction size for a better sealing purpose.
Wantong made the samples immediately after clients went back and proved to our clients that our new sample could solve their problem better. The clients later placed the first order, number was close to 1000 hydraulic cylinders, and this company has been one of our most important clients until now.
