Usage Instructions
1. This hydraulic power unit is not designed for long time continuous operation. To achieve thermal equilibrium of the electric motor, we have to assure that the interval time should be 9 times of the operation time of the power pack. For instance, there should be an interval of 9 minutes after each one-minute operation.
2. The contamination degree of hydraulic oil shouldn't exceed ISO 4406 18/14. Oil products should be filtered by a 10-30μm filter before put into use. The oil viscosity should be 22-46mm2/s in accordance with ISO3448 viscosity classification.
3. Have an oil change after the first 100 working hours of the hydraulic power unit, and then every 1,000 working hours.
